Arguably one of the best apartments on the Vera Playa naturist beach on account of its unrivalled beachfront position, three terraces and beautiful finish, ‘Mediterráneo’ is for the discerning naturist traveller who is looking for that extra special touch and of course our renowned attention to detail.  

‘Mediterráneo’ is a penthouse in one of the original buildings of Vera Playa built in a privileged position directly on the naturist beach before the rest of the area was developed. Intended as little 'studios' - one room holiday boltholes, ‘Mediterráneo’ however is different to the rest. Not only is it in the prime position of the whole building being situated on the top floor in the corner with the best south-oriented terrace, it has also in recent years been thoroughly modernised and extended into the adjoining property. Now it is a unique, spacious apartment rather than a 'studio' with an entrance hallway radiating into an open-plan living/kitchen diner and a separate en-suite master bedroom. The principal rooms have stunning sea views from each of their large patio doors, opening onto three separate terraces.

Three gorgeous terraces

Sliding glass doors lead onto Mediterráneo's private terraces – the south facing terrace is perfect for sunbathing all day and looks directly onto the naturist beach and sea beyond – breathtaking! It has a good size table and four chairs – perfect for alfresco dining and two luxurious sun loungers with cushions and drinks table. 

The east facing terraces again have stunning views of the naturist beach and sea beyond,  plus a glimpse of the wonderful naturist swimming pool - complimentary for all our guests to enjoy if you fancy a change of scene from the beach.

Step through the romantic archway to the bedroom terrace - both benefit from roll-out sun awnings to optimise flexibility and use of the outside space.

Naturist swimming

This wonderful, large outdoor pool, located down a charming footpath from the beach, is complimentary for all our guests to enjoy.

 

It offers not only the largest swimming pool in the naturist zone, but plenty of areas to sunbathe and relax in tranquil gardens as an alternative to the beach.  The best of both worlds. 


Just outside the pool gate, is a naturist beach bar on one side, and a naturist restaurant on the other - paradise!

The location
of the apartment

‘Mediterráneo’ is located in a low-rise building that is frontline to the naturist beach. It is literally lazy footsteps from the apartment to the sand and surf – you can’t get any closer. Imagine taking a dip in the sea as and when the feeling suits you or taking refreshment at one of the naturist beach bars – all without the need for clothes. 

With the apartment being frontline and central to the naturist beach, you couldn't be more in the heart of the naturist zone if you tried! 

The apartment is situated directly on the naturist beach and just a few steps from the shoreline. We have also included complimentary use of the nearby naturist pool which is clearly visible from the apartment terraces. 
There is free parking at the rear of the building and in the surrounding streets.

When groceries call, the nearest supermarket is only a ten-minute level walk away. A varied selection of both naturist and textile bars and restaurants are equally close, with something to suit every budget and taste. 

The bus stops with regular services to nearby Vera, Garrucha, Mojácar and beyond are also within easy reach.

Access statement – The Vera Playa naturist zone is completely level and on the flat. There are 32 easy steps from beach level to the apartment. There is no hand rail so people with mobility issues should seek further clarification from us at time of booking.
